Another player damaged my structures. Is it possible to have them recovered?

We provide restoration support (such as rollbacks) if your structures are damaged by another player or through unauthorized actions. If you discover damage to your buildings, please follow the procedure below.

How to Request Support
If you experience griefing (intentional destruction) or unauthorized damage, please submit a Ticket to our support team!

To ensure a fast and accurate restoration, please include the following details in your ticket:

1. Exact Location of the Damage Please provide the coordinates or ID based on the server type:
- For MyChunk: Provide the Chunk ID (e.g., 10;18)
- For MyWorld: Provide the XYZ Coordinates (e.g., 12345, 65, 67890)

2. Brief Description of the Incident Tell us what happened (e.g., "The wall of my main house was broken" or "The interior decorations were removed").

Processing Procedure
Log Verification: Once your ticket is submitted, our staff will review the server logs to identify the cause and the player responsible.

Restoration: After verification, we will process a rollback to return the area to its original state.
